Shortbread Mix - Bakels Dry Mix
Note: This is a DRY mix, shortbread biscuits are NOT SOLD.

Ingredients:Wheat Flour (Thiamine, Folate), Sugar, Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Wheat Starch,
Ingredients to add:
-1kg shortbread mix
-500g salted butter
1.Cream the butter until light.
2.Blend in mix on low speed - don't overmix.
3.Roll out dough to a thickness of 6mm to 10mm.
4.Cut desired shapes on tray with ungreased paper.
5. Bake at 180C for approximately 15-18 minutes
